Are your basses brand new?

We have brand new basses and pre-owned watches. All of our brand new basses come in it's factory gig bag or hard case, papers, adjustment tools, warranty, etc

Will my purchase come with the official warranty?

All brand new basses will come with the official manufacture warranty. For pre-owned, read here.

Do you sell any bass accessories?

We do not sell any bass accessories at the moment, we'll get there eventually. We do on our Latin American Shop, though. 

What are your shipping prices?

Since we sell high end basses only, we offer free shipping to all orders world-wide. We work with UPS, FedEx and shipped EVERYTHING insured. 

How long does it take to process my order?

It will take approximately 3-6 business days to ship out your order once your payment verification has been completed.

Do you overnight packages?

Yes, we can overnight your package at an additional cost. The overnight shipping cost varies depending on the destination. Please kindly note that we would still need 3-6 business days to process your order after you make your purchase.

Can you provide more photos of the bass?

Photos from our listings on our website are actual photos of the watch. We do not use any stock photos therefore, we generally do not provide additional photos for our listings.

Will you accept bass trades?

We do accept some trade-ins, depending on the watch's brand and condition. Contact us for more information.


Do you do watch repairs?

We do not offer any watch repairs currently. 

Where are you located?

Our main office is located in Santiago, Chile. We manage everything remotely and ship worldwide through our warehouses in Santiago, CL or Miami, US.

Can we see the bass in person?

No, all instruments are packaged from factory and got shipped from our warehouse to clients without being played by anyone. 

Do you charge sales tax?

Due to Florida law, we charge Sales Tax according to the delivery zip code.

Can I pick up the bass at your Miami, Florida Warehouse?

We are currently not offering pickup at our warehouse, shipping only.

Are your shipments covered with insurance?

We purchase insurance for all of our packages. In case it gets lost in transit for any reason, we would submit the claim with our insurance company so that we are both protected.

Do you have delivery confirmation?

We require signature confirmation on all of our packages.

Do you accept Zelle or Wire Transfer?

Yes, we do. Please contact us for more information.

The bass I want is currently out of stock, when will it be back in stock again?

We usually post basses we are able to order again. You can contact us and order that specific bass with a 10% retail price downpayment.
